Local Delivery Terms:

• We deliver within a 10 mile radius of Bagel Grove.
• Delivery fees are calculated when you enter your address
• Orders must be over our $25 Minimum to be eligible for delivery.
• Subscription orders have a minimum of $10
• We will do our best to deliver your order at the requested time. However we may be up to an hour early or an hour later, depending on how many orders we have at any given time. Hot food will be given precedence on our delivery routes.
• Subscription, gift and corporate orders over $100 qualify for free shipping

Nationwide Shipping Terms

• We ship anywhere in the US using UPS 2-day shipping. Select cities with Saturday delivery can select UPS 3-day shipping at checkout. If you live in the tri-state area, UPS ground shipping is available, as your bagels will arrive in the required 2-day shipping window
• Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping!
• We cannot ship cream cheese or other refrigerated items, please remove these items from your cart to be eligible for UPS shipping at checkout.
• Our bagels are packed fresh for shipping in plastic bags. We suggest freezing any bagels you don’t intend to eat the day you receive your shipment. Our bagels freeze extremely well!
• We apologize, but we can not be held responsible for items lost or forgotten after they leave our facility.
