Local Delivery Terms:

• We deliver within a 10 mile radius of Bagel Grove.
• Delivery fees are calculated when you enter your address
• Orders must be over our $25 Minimum to be eligible for delivery.
• We will do our best to deliver your order at the requested time. However  we may be up to an hour early or an hour later*** depending on how many orders we have at a given time.     
• ***Hot food will be given precedence on our delivery routes.

Nationwide Shipping Terms

• We ship anywhere in the US using UPS 2-day shipping. Select cities with Saturday delivery can select UPS 3-day shipping at checkout. If you live in the tri-state area, UPS ground shipping is available, as your bagels will arrive in the required 2-day shipping window
• We cannot ship cream cheese or other refrigerated items unless you select overnight UPS shipping at checkout.
• Our bagels are packed fresh for shipping. We suggest freezing any bagels you don’t intend to eat the day you receive your shipment. Our bagels freeze extremely well!
• We apologize, but we can not be held responsible for items lost or forgotten after they leave our facility.
