How do I care for my bagels once I receive them?

Our bagels are baked fresh the day you receive them (local customers only). Devour asap for maximum enjoyment! 

To Store:

Wait at least 3 hours for bagels to cool completely. Take the bagels out of the paper bags and seal them in a plastic bag*or container to get the air off them. (Shipped bagels will arrive in plastic)

Leave on your counter (in plastic) for 3-5 days to keep the bagels soft and fresh! (1-2 days for shipped bagels)

Slice first and freeze in plastic freezer bags any remaining bagels.

*For Everything, Spicy Everything, Onion and Garlic bagels: Include a small paper towel inside the plastic to absorb excess moisture as the onion and garlic re-hydrates.

We deliver locally to a 10 mile radius. View our our local delivery map

Can I order same day pick-up or delivery?

Same Day (and pre-order) pick-up or delivery for local customers can only be placed on our Cafe's online ordering menu

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide using UPS 2 day shipping, or UPS ground shipping if you are within a 2 day range.

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?

Your order will arrive on Thursday, Friday or (Saturday if applicable) at the time of your regular UPS Delivery.

Shipping is calculated at checkout according to UPS shipping rates.

How do I get free shipping?

Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping and free local delivery

When will my favorite bagel be in stock?

Most of our flavors are available Wednesday-Sunday, but some of our bagel flavors rotate in and out. To see when your favorite bagel is scheduled next check out our weekly specials

Do you have gluten free bagels?

We offer Gluten Free Bagels from Little Northern Bakehouse. The bagels are certified Gluten Free, however our facility is definitely not gluten free, and cross contamination is highly likely when preparing your order, please beware!

How do I know if my order was received?

If your order was placed successfully it will displayed in your Bagel Grove account under “Order History”. You will also receive an email confirmation, so check you spam and junk folders! Alternatively, please contact us and we are happy to check the status of your order and resend the confirmation email.

What do I do if my order is tax exempt?

Bagel dozens and cream cheese have no sales tax, however to order prepared bagels tax exempt, please give us a call during store hours to make arrangements

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

We guarantee all of our orders and will make every effort to correct any mistakes and refund you if you do not receive your order in a reasonable timeframe.

Who do I contact if there’s a problem with my order?

Please email us if you have any problems with your order. A person will get back to you as soon as possible and rectify any issues with your order. You can also call us during our store hours and we will take care of you in person.
