Where does Bagel Grove ship?
We ship nationwide using UPS 2 day shipping, or UPS ground shipping if you are within a 2 day range.
Overnight shipping only for orders with cream cheese.
When will by bagels arrive?
Shipped bagels should arrive on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturday (eligible addresses) whenever your regular UPS delivery occurs.
Do you ship cream cheese?
We ship our homemade cream cheese with overnight shipping only.
If you do not want to pay for overnight shipping, please do not add cream cheese to your order.
How long will the bagels stay fresh?
Our bagels will stay soft and fresh in plastic for 1-2 days (1 day for sweet flavors) after you receive them. Do not refridgerate! We recommend slicing and freezing the rest of your bagels. (Then pop in the toaster without defrosting first!)
Our keep very well frozen for up to 6 months.
How do I know if my order was received?
If your order was placed successfully it will displayed in your Bagel Grove account under “Order History”. You will also receive an email confirmation, so check you spam and junk folders!
Alternatively, please contact us and we are happy to check the status of your order and resend the confirmation email.
Who do I contact if there’s a problem with my order?
Please email us if you have any problems with your order. A person will get back to you as soon as possible and rectify any issues with your order.* You can also call us during our store hours and we will take care of you in person.
*We are not responsible for items lost or damaged once they leave our facility.
